V18002C is a clip-on NiZn ferrite core made of VN09 grade ferrite material. It features outer dimension A=20.7mm, B=39.4mm, inner hole C=7.2mm. With initial permeability of 850, this snap-on ferrite core provides high impedance at high frequency to suppress EMI and RFI noise on cables. No need to re-terminate wires, it can be directly clipped onto finished cables for fast installation. The ferrite core has stable magnetic performance, Curie temperature over 130°C, and meets RoHS & REACH requirements, widely used for electromagnetic interference suppression of signal and power cables.![]()
This clip ferrite core works as an EMI noise suppressor. It absorbs high-frequency common-mode interference on cables, blocks the radiation and conduction of RFI noise, reduces electromagnetic disturbance, helps products pass EMC test. It protects circuits from external interference and prevents internal high-frequency noise from leaking out through cables.
Clip-on ferrite core suppresses high frequency EMI/RFI noise on cables. It absorbs electromagnetic interference and helps equipment meet EMC compliance requirements.
Select ferrite core according to cable outer diameter. The inner hole of the ferrite ring should be slightly larger than the cable diameter for easy clipping. More turns of cable through the core can get better noise suppression effect.
NiZn ferrite core (like VN09) works better for high frequency noise above 1MHz, used for signal & data cables. MnZn ferrite suits low frequency power line interference.
Yes. You can install several ferrite rings on one cable to improve attenuation performance, but proper position is important, usually placed near the connector or noise source.
Yes. Our VIIP ferrite cores including V18002C are RoHS & REACH compliant. We can provide relevant material certificates upon request.
