This toroidal Ni Zn ferrite core is produced from VN02 material grade. Its key physical dimensions include outer diameter A 3.5±0.3 mm, height B 5.0±0.4 mm and inner diameter C 1.8±0.3 mm. It features low‑field permeability of 650 with plus or minus 20 percent tolerance. Under 0.1MHz test condition, the relative loss factor is 20 x 10⁻⁶, and its relative temperature coefficient ranges from 2‑5 x 10⁻⁶.

The core owns saturation magnetic flux density of 260 mT under 1600A per meter magnetizing field, remanence of 150 mT and coercivity of 35 A per meter. It has high electrical resistivity above 10⁵ Ω.m and Curie temperature exceeding 140℃, delivering stable magnetic performance within normal working environments. Every core goes through strict visual inspection during manufacturing to control appearance defects. This ferrite core meets RoHS compliance requirements. Both sample verification and mass volume orders are acceptable for customers.

It is widely adopted for high frequency noise suppression on thin‑diameter signal lines and small internal wiring harness assemblies.
