Issue: Conducted emissions (Average values above limit below 1 MHz)

Initial Findings

Filter 0607 already installed
Swapped power board and control board — no improvement
Breakthrough: Disconnected earth ground → emissions disappeared

Root Cause:

Noise was coupling onto the ground line and radiating back into the measurement.

The Solution

Extended the ground cable and added a Mn-Zn ferrite core (VMETG-025015015-100):

Configuration	Result
Mn-Zn, 4 turns	✅ Pass with margin
Other ferrite types	Suboptimal
Fewer turns	Insufficient attenuation

Final fix: Mn-Zn ferrite, 4 turns on extended ground line.
